The Programme Architecture

This is not a passive training course. It is a fully integrated development ecosystem designed to build the Mindset, Toolset, and Skillset required to generate autonomous trAction across your organisation.


The core blueprint consists of:


1. The Structural Workshops (6 Sessions) We do not lecture; we deconstruct. These six facilitated, highly interactive sessions focus on dismantling your leaders' default settings. We tackle the mechanics of high-friction communication, motivation, and performance through the lens of the C12 Leadership™ model.


2. 1-to-1 Leadership Coaching (6–12 Sessions per Leader) Group theory must be backed by individual accountability. Every participant receives rigorous 1-to-1 coaching to identify their specific Metabolic Drag, challenge their personal blind spots, and apply the structural learning directly to their day-to-day operational reality.


3. Group Supervision (6 Sessions) Architecture requires maintenance. We create a challenging, psychologically safe space for peer reflection and deconstruction. This ensures that when leaders hit resistance while implementing the framework, they have the structural support to adapt rather than reverting to their old habits.


4. The CHAT Diagnostic & Profiling Tools We establish a baseline using hard data. The programme incorporates the The Coach Approach Master Diagnostic, Clarity4D personality profiling, and TalentPredix™ strengths assessments to build absolute self-awareness and map the dynamic of the wider team.


The Operational Outcome


By the end of the programme, your leaders will no longer be managing the mechanics of their teams' results. They will have the architectural capability to:
