I believe leadership should not be an endurance test.
I work with highly paid individual contributors, technical experts, and executives who have hit their Burnout Horizon. They are exhausted because they are trapped in the operational weeds, fixing problems their teams should be solving. They are carrying the organisation rather than leading it.
My role is not to simply motivate you to work harder. My role is to help you identify the Hero Traps that are causing your Metabolic Drag, and then systematically restructure your approach.
Through the CHAT framework, we rebuild your default settings. We move away from the temporary fix of "taking action" for your team, and instead install the mechanisms to generate sustainable trAction within them.
Whether through a 1:1 Blueprint Debrief, team alignment workshops, or keynote speaking, my focus is singular: to help you move from simply managing the result to becoming an architect of performance.
